Return Policy
At Beantown Authentics, we stand by the quality and authenticity of our rare sports memorabilia and offer a 7-day return policy from the date your item is delivered. Returns are accepted only if the item is significantly damaged or intentionally misrepresented, with the item and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) returned in their original condition. Minor issues, such as slight wear to frames, minor packaging imperfections, or natural aging, do not qualify for returns. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue; once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned item, excluding any applicable shipping insurance fees. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction while maintaining the trust and fairness of all transactions.
